Quest 2025 is motivated by an ethos of caring for and nurturing the earth and its people.

The earth is under great stress from human activity. If we care about the welfare of current and future generations, humans must learn to live within the limits imposed by a finite planet.

Caring for the earth and caring for its people are natural responses when we realise how vital the health of the earth is to human well-being. Life on earth depends on the web of connections – the ecosystems and the cycles of matter and energy - that nature provides.
